CANADIANS CLAIM X GAMES MEDALS

Canada added two more snowboarding medals in slopestyle Sunday at the Winter X Games in Aspen, Colo., with Tyler Nicholson, of North Bay, Ont. winning silver and Regina’s Mark McMorris claiming bronze.

Max Parrot, of Bromont, Que., captured gold in big air on Friday night and McMorris nabbed bronze. Calgary’s Noah Bowman claimed bronze Friday night in ski superpipe. On Saturday, Alex Beaulieu-Marchand, of Quebec City, won bronze in ski slopestyle.
