Police probe shooting of man found in Avenue B alley
Saskatoon police are investigating after a 23-year-old man was found in an alley suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
Officers responded around 7 a.m. Monday to a report of an injured person in the 400 block of Avenue B North, police said in a news release.
At the scene, they found the 23-year-old in an alley. Police are “still trying to determine where the (shooting) took place,” the release noted.
The man was taken to Royal University Hospital for treatment. His injury was not considered lifethreatening.
