Marner set to miss fourth straight game
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Mitch Marner will miss his fourth consecutive game with an apparent shoulder injury when the Leafs host the New York Rangers on Thursday.
The 19-year-old native of Markham, Ont., was placed on injured reserve Tuesday after he was injured last week in a loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets. Babcock said Tuesday that Marner was dayto-day, meaning he’d likely miss a total of 10 days of action.
