Shooting victim saying little

-

A 21-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to his leg — however, partly because he has shared little information, investigators know almost nothing else.

Saskatoon police received a call Monday around 5 p.m. from the victim, according to a police news release. Police said a bystander took the man to hospital.

The 21-year-old told police during his initial phone call that he had been shot while walking on Preston Avenue, but the release noted investigators “at this time are unsure where the incident actually took place.”
