Urban Estates by Innovative Residential offers new home buyers all the perks of owning your own home, not to mention a few bonuses as well. Urban Estates is located in Evergreen at 250 Akhtar Bend.
Urban Estates is one of the latest townhome offerings by Innovative Residential, which gives firsttime home buyers several options to get into their first home. Saving for a down payment can seem daunting for many buyers who are just starting out and trying to get into the market.
Buyers can visit the Innovative Residential website to see if they qualify for a free down-payment grant. The grants are offered in partnership with various levels of government, and organizations dedicated to affordable housing.
“Urban Estates is also an approved HeadStart Home under the Government of Saskatchewan’s HeadStart on a Home program,” explains Alex Newman, sales assistant at Innovative Residential.
“Borrowed down payments are available through HeadStart on a Home as an alternative for those who are ineligible for a grant.”
The price point of $297,900 includes stainless-steel kitchen appliance package, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, undermount sinks, maple cabinetry, high-end laminate flooring, plush carpeting and soft-close drawers.
The master bedroom and second bedroom in the three-bedroom showhome have walk-in closets. The three-bedroom units have 1,254 square feet over two floors and come with an option of two garages or one garage, plus one surface stall (with plug in).
The project also has two-bedroom layouts starting at $219,900 with 760 square feet and two surface parking stalls (with plug in).
Both layouts have a patio for enjoying the prairie views. With efficient layouts and modern finishings, these townhomes will prove attractive for many buyers. There is lots of storage space and upstairs laundry.
