It can be found on Broadway Avenue on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It’s a great place to work on your Ps and Qs.

2. Nickelback in concert

For those who want something a little louder, the pride of Hanna, Alta., Nickelback, is in concert Saturday night at SaskTel Centre as part of their Feed the Machine tour. Tickets are still available. On the other side of the musical spectrum, the season opener for the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra is also Saturday night at TCU Place. Featured is violinist James Ehnes.

3. Blades begin season

For a sporting option, the Saskatoon Blades home-opener is Friday at SaskTel Centre. The Blades and their throwback PacMan jerseys are facing off against the Swift Current Broncos.

4. Crafts for sale

The Saskatoon Etsy Made in Canada Market runs Saturday and Sunday at Station 20 West. If you want to get a head start on Christmas shopping, this is the place for you. It runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

5. Have a laugh

Last, but not least, is the season première of the Saskatoon Soaps comedy troupe as they present Septinder. It’s Friday at 9:30 p.m. at the Broadway Theatre. Get ready to laugh.
