1. The Woman Shed This year’s $100,000 ultimate Woman Shed will be unveiled at the show. The Homes By Dream 1950s’ themed malt shoppe garage features a retro gas pump, wraparound deck and hideaway bed, along with seven TVs, a barbecue and three fridges — the winner will be more than able to host one heck of a party in there. 2. Day out for the ladies Woman’s World is an ideal chance to have a fun day out with your friends. The first 100 people through the door each day will get a free swag bag. The show (along with Man’s World) was one of the first Saskatchewan trade shows to become fully licensed. That means you can enjoy a glass of wine while you shop. 3. Lots of demonstrations If you need a break from all the shopping opportunities, there’s a wide variety of demonstrations and fashion shows happening throughout the three days. A self-defence martial arts demo promises to be informative and entertaining, while kids’ rides are always a welcome addition to the show. 4. The “guy zone” Men are more than welcome at Woman’s World, but in case they get a little bored, there’s a motorsport “guy zone” full of everything from ATVs and sideby-sides, to snowmobiles and Indian Motorcycles. Plus there’s a big food court on site. 5. Prize draws Tickets are $10 but your chance of winning a prize worth much more than that are pretty good. Prizes include a trip to Las Vegas, a furniture package, and that $100,000 Woman Shed where you can host the ultimate party or just get away from it all in the included retro hot tub.
