Golf course living is an idea that many aspire to, but few think they can afford. North Ridge Development has brought that dream within affordable reach, with its newest bungalow-style townhome development: The Woods in Warman, located at 433 Palmer Crescent.
Phase One of The Woods is composed of 12 bungalow and walk-out bungalow townhomes backing onto The Legends Golf Club in Warman. Two additional phases are in the planning stages.
Buyers at The Woods can choose from two different open concept two-bedroom, two-bath floor plans, ranging in size from 1,206 to 1,244 square feet. The show home at The Woods is the “Callaway” model, the larger of the two available floor plans. The layout of this townhome is ideal for entertaining friends and family.
