Riverbend brings its elegant approach to Compass Point in Evergreen, Jeannie Armstrong says.
At Compass Point Condominiums, Riverbend Developments brings together its newest and greatest hits.
The project features brand new layouts as well as best-selling floor plans from Riverbend’s recent multi-family developments, all in one attractive site located on Evergreen Boulevard North.
“We feel this is one of the best locations in Saskatoon,” says marketing consultant Roger Schmid about the land parcel that is surrounded by two neighbourhood parks.
Compass Point offers 91 luxury condominium units. Buyers can select from four different housing types, including bungalow and two-storey models. “Riverbend Developments has created a multi-family development with a diverse range of housing styles, including a bungalow-style model,” says Schmid.
Each style of housing at Compass Point is available in either two- or three-bedroom floor plans, with prices starting at $339,900. All units feature fenced back yards, with covered decks and single or double garages. “Offering private fenced back yards is one of our biggest selling features,” says Schmid.
The first of several show homes is now open at Compass Point, located at 621 Evergreen Boulevard North. This show home is the street-front, two-storey “S” model, with a detached double garage.
A tour of the new show home reveals an inviting open concept layout. Influenced by the latest decor trends, the Riverbend design team selected natural tones of whites, greys and light browns. The look is clean, modern and inviting.
The foyer leads into a bright, spacious living room, filled with natural light from the large triple pane windows. Adding to the functionality of this room is a TV niche wall.
A galley-style kitchen is centrally located, open to both the living room and the adjacent dining area. “This is the second project where we’ve featured a galley-style kitchen. It’s been very popular. We also have a similar floor plan with a more traditional kitchen layout,” says Schmid.
The galley-style kitchen offers counter space galore, topped with luxurious quartz. The extended island is ideal for food prep and serving, or enjoying a casual meal. An adjacent walk-in pantry further boosts the kitchen’s storage capacity.
Riverbend’s design team has created four different kitchen decor packages, says Schmid. “Buyers can select from four different design boards, which offer a variety of cabinet, backsplash and countertop colours and finishes. Four different flooring styles are also available.”
The show home features a white bevelled subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances, including a chef-style fluted range hood.
Another unique feature of this show home are the two master suites located on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own luxurious ensuite bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. “If you have guests or a roommate, they can enjoy the privacy of their own self-contained suite,” says Schmid.
Riverbend Developments also offers this model in a three-bedroom layout. The three-bedroom unit features one master suite, as well as two secondary bedrooms with an adjacent four-piece bathroom.
Both versions of this model feature a laundry room on the second floor. “In our two-bedroom layout, the laundry room is deeper, so there is additional storage space and an area for hanging clothes,” says Schmid.
For buyers looking to maximize their living space, Riverbend also offers three different options for basement development.
