NASCAR race delayed due to wet weather

NASCAR says the completion of the Cup Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tenn., has been postponed until Monday. The postponement came just 46 laps shy of the race becoming official. NASCAR said it hopes to complete the final 296 laps of the 500-lap race, but there is also a chance for more rain — and possibly snow. Otherwise, the race was scheduled to resume at 1 p.m. local time. Kyle Larson had the lead when the race stopped. Larson led 74 laps in all. Denny Hamlin was second, while Paul Menard was third.
