Haunted house

Help the Grade 8 students from James L. Alexander school fund their graduation with a trip to the annual Haunt on Neatby. Taking place Friday through Sunday from 6 to 10 p.m. (and of course on Halloween night) at 126 Neatby Cres., the haunted house will be filled with fun — and of course a few scares. Entrance is by donation.

You can meet bats, enjoy a hike or a story time and even build your own bat box (for an extra $40). To make sure you get a space, register online at eventbrite.ca.

3.

Spooktacular for the kids

Bring the kids down to

Tickets for each child are $25 for each hour-long party, which consists of games, craft time, a costume contest, the opportunity to meet Maleficent herself and, of course, lots of tricks and treats.

4.

Escape House

From Friday until the end of November, put your escape room skills to work at the Haunted Tattoo Escape House at Mama Tried

Tattoo Smith. Entry is $5 and hours vary, so be sure to check their Facebook event page for more information.
