The Polaris Music Prize (which Arcade Fire won in 2011) is annually bestowed on the best full-length Canadian album, based solely on artistic merit. It’ll be decided again this month by a cabal of music journos, but we have opinions, too. We looked at the Polaris shortlist and made an even shorter list.
