Couple arrested for drug trafficking

Sherbrooke Police seized ten grams of cocaine, 6.6 grams of crack, 124 methamphetamine tablets, $800 in cash, six cell phones, a 12-gauge shotgun, and a Cayenne pepper spray container during the operation, which raided apartments on Vimy and Florence streets in Sherbrooke. Material related to the sale of narcotics, such as accounting records, inventories, scales, bags, etc., were also seized.

A 27-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were arrested and appeared on Wednesday at the Sherbrooke court house to face charges of drug trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
