The annual meeting of the members of the will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017, 10 a.m., Colby Curtis Museum. 11 a.m.: a talk by Monique Nadeau-saumier - UNDER THE INFLUENCE : The Impressionist Movement as seen in the art of Wilbur Reaser and a few other contemporary artists. The talk will present the similarities and differences between the work of Reaser and that of his American contemporaries, such as Childe Hassam, Theodore Wendel, Theodore Robinson as well as a few Canadian artists of the same generation, like Suzor-coté, Clarence Gagnon and others.
