At about 11:00 p.m., police pulled over a van with three occupants and during the identity check, one of them, who didn’t have any I.D. papers identified himself as someone else. A brief followup investigation allowed the police to arrest a 28-year old Sherbrooke man for obstruction of police. The man explained his action by saying he believed he was wanted for unpaid fines, which was, in fact, not the case. He was released by way of summons.
