Délices des nations gets second life

-

Just a few weeks after declaring bankruptcy, the Délices des nations will reopen in the coming weeks, thanks to an investment by its new owner, a Sherbrooke businessman who purchased the business in early August.

According to information obtained by Radio-canada, the new owner is Sherbrooke entrepreneur Maher Boulos. The new business will keep the same name and vocation as previously.

Former owner Mohammed Elmir is just one of the employees who have been hired. He will serve as the Director of Operations in the new organization. Other workers who were laid off in June are also expected to return to work.

Délices des nations has been in business at the same Belvédère St, North location since 1994.
