Promenades King getting a facelift

"We offer quality sites to our tenants and we want to bring the Promenades King to the same level as our other projects," explains Immex vice-president Sébastien Morin. "It is important for us to begin work this fall to meet the needs of our tenants and their customers."
The company says that its commercial tenants have been eagerly awaiting this work. "We were very pleased to learn that Immex had bought the Promenades King last fall. Less than a year later, work is starting and it is very stimulating for us," says Familiprix franchisee Lynn Germain. "We have always believed in our shopping center and the work ahead is welcomed very positively by both businesses and customers."
