Annual Poppy Campaign begins tomorrow

-

The Ayer’s Cliff Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 128, will be holding its annual Poppy Campaign from October 27 to November 11th. Through the purchase of poppies, Canadians support the services offered by the Legion and clearly demonstrate the gratitude we owe to so many Canadians who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. As a matter of interest, our Campaign last year in our region collected close to 6000$ which was distributed throughout the year to support our Veterans, serving military and their families.

The Armistice ceremony will be held in Magog at 11 am on November 10th , in Hatley on November 11th at 11 am and in Ayer’s Cliff on November 12th in front of the Cenotaph at 11 a.m.
