Canadianpond.ca inaugurates new head office in Knowlton
Canadianpond.ca Products Ltd., the water management and treatment company, inaugurated its new head office and international distribution center in the Town of Brome Lake last week. Located at 570 Knowlton Road, the building of over 12,000 square feet includes a new distribution center, a store, a service center, and 2,500 sq.ft of office space. Including the land and the two large demonstration ponds, the project represents an investment of over $3 million that is hoped to double the company’s revenues over the next three years and create a dozen new jobs by the end of 2020.
“Since 2003, our range of water management and treatment products has grown exponentially,” said Mario Paris, President of Canadianpond.ca. “The number of our private, municipal, industrial and commercial customers continues to grow so much that, to meet demand, we have had to triple the size of our facilities that we have just inaugurated.”
Paris officiated the opening of the new facilities alongside General Manager Christina Ishoj and TBL Mayor Richard Burcombe. Canadianpond.ca Products Ltd. celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2018. Its products are now distributed in more than 35 countries on all continents thanks to its Internet platform, a network of a dozen distributors, and the hard work of its 20 employees.
“In 1997, Christina Ishoj and I made the decision to start a management and pond construction business and move to Knowlton for the quality of life and the potential offered by the region,” Paris explained. “Then, in 2003, with the support of invaluable and experienced consultants and collaborators, we created Canadianpond.ca Products Ltd. Today, we have made the choice to continue growing here in Lac-brome, as we can count on talented people totally dedicated to providing quality, attentive service with the desire to improve our environment intelligently.” Canadianpond.ca Products Ltd. provides water quality management products and environmental solutions for water treatment, lake and pond aeration systems and de-icing equipment in fresh or salt water for private, municipal, industrial or commercial customers in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia-pacific through a network of exclusive distributors.
