Jayden Perry - Computer Consultant and Youngest Community School Teacher Ever

- By Louise Smith By Louise Smith

Jayden Perry has just graduated from Massey Vanier High School, but while he was a student in his last year, he was also a teacher at the Missisquoi Community School. For ten weeks he taught computer communication and use of computer technology and his course was a resounding success.

This summer he would like to continue his computer consulting work as a self-organized summer job. He is offering help to anyone who would like to set up a Skype account or any other computer matters. He can repair computers, install programs, and be available for general consultation. It is a different kind of summer job that he would like to pursue before going off to CEGEP in the fall. There he plans on studying social studies and commerce.

To contact Jayden Perry, call 450-5217374 or email him at jayden.perry396@gmail.com. Jayden Perry, recent Massey Vanier graduate and summer computer consultant.

Amelie Fournier is pleased with how her little shop, L’ Atelier de Recup, is doing in Cowansville. It is situated in the building where the Med Pizza Restaurant used to be at 450 Rue Sud.

The store is bright and well organized. It is mostly a collection of used objects but there is also a selection of art made from repurposed materials. It has been open since March 1st. Her prices are reasonable and there has been a steady clientele since the opening. If you have not dropped in yet, give it a try.
