The Quebec Council for Arts and Letters, the MRCS of Coaticook, Memphremagog, du Granit, and Val-saint-françois, and the City of Sherbrooke, in collaboration with the Estrie Cultural Council, have launched the second call for projects under the Territorial Partnership Agreement with the Estrie community.

Artists, writers, and arts organizations have until October 2 to file a registration form with the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec. The program aims to: stimulate artistic creation in the region, contribute to the growth and dissemination of artists and writers, promote retention in their community, and encourage the emergence and inclusion of digital technologies in artistic practice.

"As a new partner in the territorial partnership agreement to support artists, writers and arts organizations in the Eastern Townships, the du Granit MRC is demonstrating its desire to offer even more opportunities to artists in its territory to enable them to fully develop their talents," said Marielle Fecteau, prefect of the MRC du Granit.

The Estrie Cultural Council offers consulting services to artists and arts organizations to verify the eligibility of their project and to ensure that it meets the objectives and conditions of the program. Interested persons are invited to contact Guillaume Houle, cultural development officer: 819-563-2744, ext. 223 or guillaume.houle@cultureestrie.org.
