Singer-songwriter and music producer, Chris Velan to perform at Beat & Betterave in Frelighsburg

Chris Velan is a singer-songwriter and producer from Montreal. With a mixed bag of musical influences and genres, Velan has toured throughout North America at The Montreal Jazz Festival, Sundance Festival, Osheaga and more. His seventh album, “Amateur Hour” will be released on September 14 and is packed with personal insight, conflict, and resolve with both ballads and catchy lyrics that will find you humming along. A performer of this calibre is a rare find in a small local Eastern Townships location and the Beat & Betterave has done it again in bringing another gem of a performer to the townships.
