The Quebec Arts and Letters Council (CALQ) is looking for project proposals as part of the second call for projects under the Territorial Partnership Agreement with the region of Montérégie-east, launched on July 13. The territories eligible to participate include the the Haut-richelieu, Pierrede Saurel and La Vallée-du-richelieu MRCS, Brome-missisquoi Local Development Center as well as the Conseil de la culture de Saint-hyacinthe.

Projects submitted must formally involve partnership initiatives with the community or local stakeholders and a letter signed by the partner confirming participation in the project is required as part of the application process.
