The coutures have a well-stocked construction and renovation company, Couture Timber Mart center, as well as a real estate company. They have carried on what began with their father, Gabriel in 1977. Today, they have several branches in the Townships and staff that numbers around 60 employees. But they have always found the time to join the volunteers who help keep the Mousquiri tournament running smoothly during its 13-day program. They still recall their first participation in the tournament as youngsters, eventually turning up as volunteers and sponsors through the years. They join the ranks of 25 recipients, all folks who have been chosen on the basis of their implication and support of this event which attracts 50 or more teams from across the province as well as Ontario and sometimes, from the US.
