Connexions coming to Uplands
Uplands Cultural and Heritage Centre presents Connexions, the third and final component of our Art Bridge project that combines art and cultural mediation (funded by Heritage Canada). The Connexions exhibition aims to initiate, inspire, and gather the public around the works of eleven innovative artists. These artists from varied backgrounds all have a special relationship with the Eastern Townships. Meet them at our vernissage on Sunday, Sept. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Uplands (9 Speid Street, Sherbrooke). Several related workshops and conferences will be offered at Uplands until the end of the exhibition on Dec. 15, 2019 (programme to follow).
