Sherbrooke Record

Three in one opening

-

Gathered under one roof, three new companies are joining forces to create a space in the heart of Sherbrooke that will offer tasty culinary pleasures with a modern and renewed artistic environment.

The official launch of Artsversus art Gallery, the readymade meal boutique Madame Dupont et cie and Patisserie 300 will take place Saturday, March 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. at 1338 King Street West (just across from Radio-canada).

Under the direction of the Franco-estonian painter François Haguier, the first vernissage at the Art Gallery Artsversus will launch its new spring exhibition entitled: LES ABSTRACTIONS MULTIPLES (MULTIPLE ABSTRACTIONS), bringing together some twenty works of lyrical and landscape abstraction signed by F. Haguier. The vernissage will begin at 2 p.m.

Open since December 13, 2019, the Artsversus art gallery, exhibits this winter the original works and framed printed reproductions of the painter François Haguier (www.haguier.com). Occupying the entire right side of the former Marielle Groleau decoration room, the gallery offers visitors a variety of styles of paintings in multiple formats and sizes for all budgets. All information is available at www.galerieartsversus.com.

To stimulate the taste buds, the BOUTIQUE DU PRÊT A MANGER MADAME DUPONT ET CIE and PATISSERIE 300 will be offering their flagship products for tasting.

Open since December 13, 2019, Madame Dupont et Cie offers its customers a warm and comforting hearty cuisine. Three menus are offered each week, with vegetarian, gluten-free or traditional variations. The menus are sold by weight with accompaniments that clients choose themselves. The two owners, Brigitte and Élisabeth, cook with their hearts the dishes that bring back memories or create new ones! Desserts are also cooked on site, from snacks to gourmet desserts, the choice is difficult to make! From the moment we walk through the doors of the boutique, the smells envelop us and guide us to our meals for the whole week! Sandwiches, salads, lunch boxes and hot drinks are added for those in a hurry!

Sophie Samson, owner of Les Pâtisseries 300 and Santé Keto +, has always been passionate about healthy eating and the culinary arts.

Previously working in the legal field, she enjoys bringing snacks and “tests” to her colleagues and family.
