News from the BMP Foundation
The primary objective of the BMP Foundation is to encourage and enable dynamic community participation and support for the Brome-missisquoi Perkins Hospital throughout the local population. The foundation was established in 1993 following a major capital campaign conducted in 1989-90. Apart from its capital campaigns, the Foundation receives donations from the general public, including gifts in memory of deceased persons. It organizes fundraising activities like a golf tournament, brunch, Grand Ball as well as an annual Christmas mailing. It works in partnership with communitybased organizations that stage a variety of fundraising events. Through such activities the Foundation currently provides the Hospital with close to $1,000,000 in new equipment each year.

A new President for the Board of Directors!
Following the Virtual Annual General Meeting held on Monday, September 14, 2020, several changes took place on the Board of Directors of the Brome-missisquoi-perkins Hospital Foundation.
The Executive Committee welcomes a new president: Mr. Patrick Boucher. After five years as Vice-president, he was elected and succeeds Mr. Mario
Lagimonière who will remain as exofficio President. Newly involved in the Board of Directors, Ms. Julie Coderre, pharmacist, becomes Vice-president. Ms. Catharie Béchamp will assume the role of Secretary and Mr. Geoffrey Webber renews his commitment as Treasurer.
Welcome to the new members of the Board of Directors: Ms. Julie Coderre, Ms. Lola Landes and Mr. Alexander White.

Thanks to the donations of the participants in attendance, the BMP Foundation received the sum of $1350. Thank you!

Oktoberfest BMP 2020
We are pleased to announce that this year’s Oktoberfest BMP is back with a Drive-thru formula!
