Innovation Credit Union a double winner on national stage

Innovation Credit Union captured a pair of 2017 Achievement in Marketing Excellence (AIME) Awards at the AIME Award Gala in Halifax on May 9.

Innovation received recognition or their Mobile Advice Centre (MAC) in both the Branch Design and the Building Business and Acquisition categories.

The Mobile Advice Centre is the first credit union mobile branch of its kind in Canada, and it has been in service sine 2016 to provide banking-on-the-go options.

“MAC is an excellent way for us to connect with members in rural or smaller communities without a physical branch location,” noted Innovation’s Chief Omni and Digital Officer Dean Gagne. “They can have the same personal experience they’d receive if they walked into one of our full-service locations.
