Largest Maverick School graduating class bids farewell to high school
Maverick School said farewell to their largest graduating class in school history, with 28 students completing their Grade 12 studies during the 2019-2020 school year.
Students in the Maverick School Graduating Class of 2020 were: Jacey Bates, Mitchell Clarke, Destiny Fehr, Kaelen Flaterud, Clay Geissler, Ara Ginter, Max Ginter, Kaia Hessie, Keawna Hettinger, Christian Jeffries, Klyrissa Johnson, Rory Kequahtooway, Raeanne Korchynski, Rebecca Korchynski, Carson Lacher, Mikayla
Lemay, Riley Lie, Jaxson Macdonald, Karsyn Mehler, Bailey Padley, Amber Pare, Robert Schumann, Savannah Smith, Travis Sparks, Sara Sutherland, Carsten Tardif, Glenna Urbanoski, and Kyler Westbury.
A number of students also celebrated receiving graduation award for their achievements during the school term. Award winners were as follows:

Maverick School Post-secondary Scholarship $500 - Kaia Hessie.
Bryan Tallon Memorial Awards: Educational Studies Award $500 - Rebecca Korchynski; Persistence Awards $500 each - Ara Ginter and Klyrissa Johnson.
