Out with graphite and in with 100% fibreglass. S-glass uses a highly refined fibre that’s lighter and stronger than your old man’s fibreglass. A natural fit for anglers using treble hooked lures like crankbaits, it’s better suited to keeping a fish hooked up and helps prevent setting a hook too fast on topwater lures. These one-piece, moderate action rods are available in four models ranging from 6’10” to 7’11” in length, medium to medium-heavy power, line weights of 8 to 25, and rod weights of 4.9 to 5.8 oz.
