The 40% larger smokehouse now gives you space for 10 racks of food. Two removable colour-coded temperature probes allow you to measure heat in different areas of the smokehouse simultaneously. The fully insulated stainless steel interior and commercial grade silicone door seal makes for easy clean-up and keeps the smoke where it’s supposed to be. Comes with four adjustable feet, two optional wheels, six racks and a recipe booklet.
