Hi! I was wondering if you guys have any interest in doing a feature on my 1963 International Harvester crew cab? LS3, full custom chassis, bagged, full leather interior. You can see picks here on my Instagram at derek.mcdonald.artworks. —Derek Mcdonald Hey Derek! We just went and gave you a follow on IG. What a great build! We would love to get more info. Where are you located? Is it complete? Let’s get it in print!

First off, I hope I contacted the correct person. If not, please forward my information. I recently finished a four-year project of rebuilding a 1948 Chevy truck. A ground-up start-over project. It has a new chassis, powdercoated, and 4-wheel disc brakes with a coilover suspension, a 383 ci stroker motor, 700R4 trans, all the new the new creature features. Custom interior by Ron Mangus, and custom body and paint by Cruz Studios using House of Kolor paint. I kept a very clean look inside and out for a good presentation. I plan to show this truck starting this year. I was wondering if you would be interested in sharing this truck in your magazine with your subscribers. I have attached a few photos. Thanks. I would appreciate a response back as I am a fan of always seeing new vehicles out there. —Mic Hess Hey Mic! Thanks for contacting us. The truck sounds amazing but we didn’t receive the pics unfortunately. Can you email them to me directly? chamilton@engagedmediainc.com

Travis Noack did an article on the Cohen family ’67 C10 in the February 2020 edition. I would like to find out more information about the hinge kit used in putting the fuel filler behind the taillight assembly. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. —Glen Mccarthy Hey Glen! I believe Scot Rods Garage makes that kit. If you’re looking for the book, you can order that issue from this link. Additionally, this issue is still on stands nationwide at local supermarkets, Walmarts and other places. https://engagedmediamags. com/automotive/street-trucks/ street-trucks-february-2020-digital

Hello: I currently have a subscription to Street Trucks and C10 Builder’s Guide magazines. I have recently moved and would like to update my address to keep getting your magazine. Also, can you tell me when the current subscriptions will expire? —Chris Bedsworth Hey Chris! Yes, we absolutely can update your address. Send us your mailing address to gfrimmel@ engaged.media and we will get it taken care of. Thanks!

I am a 22-year retired combat vet and now a rodeo clown. I am currently dealing with stage 4 colon cancer. I just finished a frame-off restoration of my grandfather’s ’56 GMC truck. I would love to have it in your magazine. Let me know where I can send pics. Thanks! —Jeffrey Mann Jeffrey, first of all thank you for your service! We are very interested in your truck. Send us a few pics and some quick details like modification, goals and some history of the truck. Thanks!

I was curious—what are the criteria for an old ’53 Suburban to be written about and published in your magazine? I have one that is very well perceived. I can send you pics if you have an email address. —Ron Schroeder Hey Ron, we love old Suburbans! Our criteria have a lot to do with the story and less with the mods. Anyone can buy a build, but a story is what gets us excited. How long have you had it? What shape was it in? Do you drive it often? Tell us more!

Hello: I am from Morristown, Tennessee. I love to see and read each issue of the Street Trucks and C10 Builder’s Guide magazines. They are my favorite magazines. This may be a strange question, but I am curious as to how one gets an image of his/her truck in the magazine? At age 14, I got a 1974 Chevrolet C10 pickup and have worked on it for several years. I am 18 now and it is almost finished. It is no show truck or hot rod by any means, but if I ever had the opportunity, I would love to get it in one of your great magazines. Thanks! —Skyler Fox Skyler! You are the future, and this excites us! Our Reader Rides section may be perfect for your project. We are bringing it back this summer and we want to include you! Send some pics and info to chamilton@ engagedmediainc.com and let’s get your story out there! Keep motivating the younger generation!
