Editor’s letter

Power to the people! And by people, I mean you. Because you’re people. People who like tech, I presume…

T3 - - Issue -

I’m glad we’ve got that sorted. What I’m referring to, of course, is our cover feature this month – namely, the T3 Power List. These aren’t your ordinary gadgets. These are by no means run-of-the-mill. These are the best, most excellent items of tech for transforming your life. Hyperbole? Maybe a little, but if you want to run harder, cycle faster, work smarter, play better and even live longer (while we can’t verify the latter, we think it’s true), this is a top-spec selection of tech for you. Flick to p46 right now. Go on, I dare you.

“Hall, you filthy maggot, get your arse through that water!” That’s the sound of Man Vs Tech this month, where we put our (brave or stupid) writer Damian Hall through SAS assaultcourse hell. Did the latest fitness gadgets help him? Turn to p76 to find out.

Finally, I urge you to check out our review of Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4 (p94). I’ve been using one on my travels for a while now, and I’m very impressed. See what you think of our verdict.

Enjoy the issue, and I’ll see you next month (on sale 16 Feb) for a massive dose of the best new home-entertainment tech.
