Google goes epic

Just when you think Google might be taking its foot off the gas, it unleashes a tsunami of new and greatly updated tech. The centrepiece of its latest drive to make your life easier (and more Googlecentric) is its Home IoT command centre – think Amazon Echo but with the benefit of years of your search, email and mobile history to beef up its learning algorithm. Google’s work in semantic search and voice recognition has also led to Google Assistant, the UI of the future for all Google products.
