Streaming hi-res audio isn’t quite as bandwidth-hungry as sending 4K video throughout your house but, if you’re hammering that router hard, congestion could ruin your tunes. Consider upgrading to a mesh Wi-Fi system, or something equally modern.

03 Go hi-res

Spotify is fine for most ears, but if you really want to appreciate your multiroom setup you should be listening in the highest quality possible. Grab a TIDAL subscription or download some hi-res files, and choose the highest bitrate possible when streaming online radio.
