TAIWAN’S Cuisine Showcased
the culinary spotlight is shining on taiwan thanks to a new campaign launched by the taiwan tourism Bureau. the campaign features highlights from an 8-day celebrity chef tour (including Canadian chef stuart Cameron) of taiwan’s top restaurants, street foods, fresh produce markets and night markets. in |addition to producing a 30-minute documentary of the chefs’ adventures, the project inspired the creation of two new culinarythemed public tours for 2015. on these new tours, food fans will have the opportunity to sample exotic local delicacies such as stinky tofu, pig blood cake, oyster omelettes and the legendary xiao long bao (steamed soup dumpling).
