We’re not sure Britton’s ‘Life Changing Loaf of Bread’ will live up to the promise, but it sure packs a punch of flavour and fibre. With lovely photograph­s, this plant-based recipe book will give the experience­d vegan cook a collection of imaginativ­e new recipes, and those of us trying to eat lower on the food chain, a good start.
