VANILLA FRENCH TOAST

Eggs 6 large

Milk 2 cups

Vanilla Extract 2 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

White Bread 6 thick slices

Butter 6 Tbs

Icing Sugar for dusting

1 WHISK the eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar in a mixing bowl then pour into a shallow dish.

2 MELT 2 Tbs of butter in a skillet. Dip two slices of bread into the batter and place in the skillet. When the first side is brown flip over and cook second side until it is toasted.

3 REPEAT with the remaining butter, bread and batter. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
