WHITE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES
1 cup
Plain Rolled Flour Oats
1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Butter ½ cup
White Sugar 1 cup
Egg 1 large
Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
White Chocolate Chips ½ cup
1 COMBINE the flour, oats, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
2 BEAT the butter and sugar together by hand or with a mixer until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Add the flour/oat mixture and the chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
3 SCOOP heaped tablespoons of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly. Leave enough room for the cookies to spread.
4 BAKE at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
