for co-author Adam Ried was one on milkshakes. It was doctor’s orders that led him toward mixed greens. Though if you are in the habit of flipping through a book from back to front, you’ll notice the last recipe is one for Glazed Bacon. This is a pocket book, pretty and charming, and packed full of salad inspiratio­n that goes far far beyond Caesar and Kale.
