SERVES 2 Ginger Sesame Noodles

Dry Pasta 8 oz

Firm Tofu 1 block, cut in

" cubes

Toasted Sesame Oil 1 Tbs

Hot Chili Oil Tbs

Soy Sauce 3 Tbs

Garlic 1 small clove, minced

Red Bell Pepper 1, finely diced

Spring Onions 2, chopped

Fresh Bean Sprouts 1 cup

Fresh Ginger 1" piece, grated

Ground Ginger tsp

Ground Allspice

tsp IN a mixing bowl, combine the tofu, sesame oil, chili oil, soy sauce, garlic, bell pepper, spring onion, bean sprouts, fresh and ground ginger and allspice. Set aside.

COOK the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well and toss with the seasoned tofu mixture.

GARNISH and serve.
