Set to open in March 2018, Sil­ver­sands Gre­nada is in­tro­duc­ing a new way for culi­nary trav­ellers to ex­pe­ri­ence the is­land known as the Spice of the Caribbean. Con­tem­po­rary in de­sign, the lux­ury re­sort of­fers 43 spa­cious suites as well as nine pri­vate vil­las in­clud­ing five lo­cated di­rectly on Gre­nada's famed Grand Anse Beach. The sleek ar­chi­tec­ture is an­chored by an in­fin­ity pool, billed as the long­est in the Caribbean, stretch­ing from the heart of the re­sort to the white sand. Two on­site din­ing op­tions in­clude a re­fined Thai res­tau­rant show­cas­ing the is­land's vi­brant flavours and a Beach Club serv­ing line-caught fish, an abun­dance of fresh fruit and veg­eta­bles as well as Gre­na­dian craft beers, lo­cal rums and in­ter­na­tional wines. A fo­cus on com­mu­nity and cul­ture in­cludes part­ner­ships with lo­cal tour op­er­a­tors and culi­nary ar­ti­sans fea­tur­ing im­mer­sive ex­pe­ri­ences be­yond the re­sort such as mar­ket, dis­tillery and plan­ta­tion tours.
