Plenty for Food Fans in The Palm Beaches

2018 brings many culinary developments to The Palm Beaches of South Florida, a collection of 39 diverse cities and towns stretching along the Atlantic Coast. Highlights include the launch of Prosperity Brewers in Boca Raton, the multi-vendor food hall in Grandview Public Market in West Palm Beach and the West Palm Brewery & Wine Vault, the first craft brewery, tap room and wine vault. Also new are Swank Table Events, a series of Saturday and Sunday night dinners and al fresco Sunday Brunches with proceeds of each set dinner, specially curated by an acclaimed chef, to benefit a local charity. Food fans will also be interested in the new Market Tour & Cooking Class being offered twice monthly by West Palm Beach Food Tours, already well known for their tours showcasing the region's people, history and culture.
