a MuSt-See reStaurant

-

Zum See takes local dining to new heights — 1,760 metres above sea level, and only accessible by bike or hiking trails. During the warmer months the cluster of cabins making up the eatery are adorned with small farm plots with herbs, vegetables and flowers that are either used the day they are harvested or preserved for the winter months. Signature dishes range from homemade pastas to a lively octopus carpaccio and a rhubarb tart that looks like the Matterhorn when it is sliced and served with cinnamon ice cream on the side. www.zumsee.ch
