MARSMAN, Muriel "Eileen"
April 18, 1958 - July 2, 2020. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend. Muriel, "Eileen" as she was known by was a beautiful soul who lightened the life of whomever she came in contact with. She will be remembered for her great sense of humour, singing, dancing and her smile. She was a great friend to have and once you had that friendship you had a confidante for life, as some of her lifelong friends have said, she was very loyal. Eileen got a kick out of having a nickname for everyone she knew. She was hilarious with her descriptions. Eileen attended the University of Toronto where she pursued a degree in Sociology, she loved education and she was highly intelligent. She loved the show Jeopardy and calling out the answers before the contestants. Eileen is survived by her children, Tanysha, Christiaan (Belinda), Evan (Brittany); sister, Sandra ( Michael); and Judy, who was more like a sister than a niece; brother; Wayne; grandchildren, Akia, Julian, Crystal, Corde, Deonte, Evan Jr., Elyah, Evayah; two great-grandchildren, Akia Jr. and Rowan; godchildren, Ensley Borden and Lavelle Downey; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Jacqueline (Wilson) Cromwell; father, George Marsman; sisters, Edith, Marion, Marva; brothers, Elmer and Robert.
