Folk kicks winner for Patriots

Nick Folk was good on a 50-yard field goal as time expired to give the New England Patriots a 20-17 victory over the Arizona Cardinals in NFL action on Sunday afternoon.

The Cardinals had a chance break the 17-17 tie with 1:47 remaining but Zane Gonzalez missed wide right on a 45-yard field.

James White scored two touchdowns for the Patriots. Quarterbac­k Cam Newton was good on nine of 18 passes for only 84 yards and two intercepti­ons. Cardinals quarterbac­k Kyler Murray completed 23 of 34 passes for 170 yards.

Kenyan Drake had two rushing touchdowns for Arizona.

Dolphins 20, Jets 3: Ryan Fitzpatric­k tossed a pair of touchdown passes as Miami sent winless New York to its 11th straight loss.

Mike Gesicki and Adam Shaheen had the TD catches for the Dolphins.

Giants 19, Bengals 17: Graham Gano made four field goals as New York beat Cincinnati.

Daniel Jones completed 16 of 27 passes for 213 yards for the Giants while Wayne Gallman had 94 yards on the ground.

Browns 27 Jaguars 25: Quarterbac­k Baker Mayfield threw for 258 yards and a pair of majors as Cleveland topped Jacksonvil­le.

Jarvis Landry hauled in eight passes for 241 yards a touchdown and Nick Chubb ran for 144 yards and a TD to lead the Browns.

Jaguars quarterbac­k threw touchdown passes Johnson and Tyler Eifert.

Vikings 28, Panthers 27: Chad Beebe hauled in a 10-yard pass from Kirk Cousins with 46 seconds remaining in Minnesota’s win. Cousins completed 34 of 45 passes and threw touchdowns.
