TWO-WAY STREET

I appreciate that seasonal residents from Maine are frustrated about not being able to visit their homes in Nova Scotia (June 29 letter).

What is not mentioned is that if a Canadian has a seasonal home in the U.S., they cannot go there either, even if they are U.S. citizens living here in Canada.

This is a mutual agreement between both countries.
