If there is anything we’ve learned since March, it is that the planet likes it when we “stay the blazes home.” Plenty of studies point to cleaner air and water since the lockdowns began.

But now that the pressure is on to fire up the economy, we can’t lose sight of the environmen­tal consequenc­es of doing so. To that end, and to do our small part, we’ll be keeping track of the kilometres driven by our guests this year and buying carbon credits to offset the impact of our being a little out of the way.
