College graduation wraps up tonight
Okanagan College’s final convocation ceremony of the season will take place tonight.
A total of 390 graduates will be honoured at the summer convocation, which begins at 7 p.m. at the KLO campus.
On Wednesday night, continuing studies graduates from a variety of fields received certificates and diplomas. Edna Terbasket, executive director of the Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society, was named an honorary fellow of the college and addressed the graduates.
More than 2,450 students have graduated from the college this year in seven ceremonies.
