Guitarist Carlos Santana is a 10-time Grammy Award winner. He won nine Grammys for his 1999 album Supernatural, which included the international hit Smooth. He was also a recipient of the Kennedy Center Honors Award in 2013 among many other industry and humanitarian awards.

He is touring in support of his latest album, Power of the Peace, which includes contributions from The Isley Brothers.

Santana’s hit singles, dating back to 1969, include Evil Ways, Black Magic Woman, Oye Como Va, Everybody’s Everything, She’s Not There, Stormy, You Know That I Love You, Winning, Hold On, Maria Maria, Why Don’t You & I, and The Game of Love.

The current Santana band includes his wife, Cindy Blackman, on drums. She is best known for her work with Lenny Kravitz. Former members of Santana include Greg Rolley and Neal Schon, who went on to form Journey.

Seinfeld, who performed in Penticton last week to rave reviews and a sold-out crowd at the South Okanagan Events Centre, is best known for his hit TV show, which ran for nine seasons and 180 episodes from 1989 to 1998. Comedy Central ranked him as the 12th greatest standup comedian in history. A new documentary, Jerry Before Seinfeld, is currently airing on Netflex.

Tickets for Santana range in price from $49 to $125, plus service charges and tax. Seinfeld tickets range in price from $59.50 to $150, plus service charges and tax.
